CANADA, AN OLD LEOPARD HIDDEN UNDER THE SHADE OF THE MAPLE LEAVES.
During the Second
World War, Germany of HITLER was not alone. It had allies such as Italy and Japan.
But the case of the Democratic Republic of Congo,
with its war of Africa since 1996, which they estimate in more than five million innocent human lives, and the figure of which until
today does not cease to get heavy, but Western mass media even does not want to speak about it.
Never a country in the world was coveted
as the Democratic Republic of Congo.

our own brothers, but they never show us origin of how, of why and by whom is caused this devastation.
The Democratic Republic of Congo,
with one of poorest populations of the planet, even though the basement is blocked up of treasures as which they qualify of environmental
disaster, these are other countries with which Canada enriches. Who helps which finally?
Everybody checks off of the finger the World
Bank, the IMF, the Chinese’s, but they forget those who are in shade. If Bush is checked off of the finger, does not hide from him
the intentions and endorses the responsibilities of the acts, and everybody know it. But is pillaging dangerous and big, Canada in
shade and claims to be always innocent.
Since the beginning of this year, a Montreal mass media reported the evil actions of Canada
towards the people Congolese (RD Congo). But is passed under silence, but I want to notify the Congolese community in Canada to be

CHAPTER VII
ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THREATS AGAINST THE PEACE,
BREACHES OF THE PEACE AND ACTS OF AGGRESSION
Article 43
1. All Members of the United Nations, in order to contribute to the maintenance
of peace and international security, undertake to make available to the Security Council, on its call and in accordance with a special
agreement or agreements, special armed forces, assistance and facilities, including rights of passage, necessary for the maintenance
of international peace and security.
2. The agreement or agreements set above the numbers and types of forces, their degree of readiness
and general location, as well as the nature of the facilities and assistance to be provided.
3. The agreement or agreements will be
negotiated as soon as possible on the initiative of the Security Council. They will be concluded between the Security Council and
the membership of the Organization, or between the Security Council and groups of Members of the Organization, and must be ratified
by the signatory states in accordance with their respective constitutional requirements.
Resolving Repatriation of Kundas home is
approved by the entire Congolese people both inside and outside the border of the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Congolese people

How can we achieve these objectives, the World Bank and the Congolese government that is, achieve the goals of five trails announced
recently, without lasting peace in the country?
Approve the resolution proposed by the Congolese ethnic group in Goma, a conference
that the first two of the country have supported with reverence, not in any way violate the Charter human right nor that of the United
Nations. Rather, the robustness of your support to the country's development. The ball is in your court.
This is not to the
other (vs. UN International Community) to decide. They are there as mere observers, as it was during the elections. The decision is
only from the Congolese and the Congolese only. For the first time ever, the eyes and ears of all the Congolese are connected to you.
As has been said, this is an opportunity for peace in the Congo. So it is representative democracy has to prove its force. That is
to say, the people elected representatives, from the President, Senators and Deputies for you to play. Remember: [… No sharing power…],
but rather the unity of power…
