That the Congolese’s cease shouting for help. No other State on this planetary village will help them if it is only to exploit them and humiliate them. It is necessary that the Congolese’s build a strong patriotism, because the destiny of the country belongs to them.

Since 1960, the Congolese’s shouted for help in the UN! You know perhaps better answer than me. Today, more than ten seven thousands soldiers of Blue Helmets parachuted in this country on the pretext of assertion of peace, smudges let us not speak about it, murders, conspiracies and what do I still know, this proof is not enough for understanding definitely that, the Congolese people is left in his own fate?

The nationals Congolese’s will make many steps of such peaceful protests to show their politeness in host countries. But they forget that, the multinational companies of the same countries are among the invaders and looters of the wealth of the Democratic Republic of Congo[i]. If I do not make a mistake, the answer of the authorities of these countries can come down in a short sentence! « The destiny of your country is between your hands. » So, if we are to believe, the nationals Congolese’s are the turkeys of joke.

If it makes the deals of the international community, especially at this difficult instant of worldwide economic crisis, you think that they will stop their theatre? All countries of Europe, Asia, America and especially still Africa which are considered of the brothers are every members of the sad brotherhood of bloody conflict to ransack well the natural resources of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Never the international community will resolve famous Congolese problem in favour of the  Congolese people, because it is their financial interests which must be put by auction, it hinders their savings of full heart. If you had followed the debate of the candidates for American presidential election; they had asked questions on peace in Africa in reference of countries such as Sudan (Darfur), R.D.Congo, both candidates tried to speak about Darfur and about the other country but anything underlined on R.D.Congo. However they are all aware of the seriousness of bloody conflicts which clamp down in this country! It is a big sign which the Congolese’s have to contemplate on the manner they can take out there of this crisis which risks going on forever. It is the Congolese’s who suffer and not the invaders. It is the instant to prove our patriotism. More than five million victims, still series goes on, displaced and if we as Congolese stay as extras, then what is our reason to be on this planet?

When a country it doesn't much matter is pervaded, it is not the neighbours who are going to liberate this country in misery. If China becomes an emergent country economically strong today

 and surpassing the big potency such as America; it is a work prepared by their leader Mao Zedong (either Mao Tsö-tong or Mao Tsé-toung). The Revolution of Mao brings its fruit, today even if the Westerners see it of poor eye, but every Chinese’s are proud of work undertaken by their Leader today.

Our true African leaders were eliminated at the dawn of the independence of African countries as you know it, the Westerners saw true elites in them that can revolutionize today's Africa. In Democratic Republic of Congo, Lumumba which should be tortured and killed as one nanny goat (in the kid). There are some years it an old Belgian had confessed to Belgian Television that it is who had decapitated Lumumba. If it was a Congolese who confessed his crime against a Belgian, the Criminal International Court would make unconditional chase. What arrived against this old Belgian criminal?

Globalization and challenge of the governance in R.D.Congo

Force which manufacture the world today worries and raise anger. So, perpetual unclaimed people become a true terrorist by force of circumstances. The terrorists are often the people humiliated by the impostures. The social injustice which creates poverty within a population pushes people to turn of the other axle to find its human identity.

Today, everybody speaks about environmental disaster on the wealth which blocks up the Democratic Republic of Congo. And across, in the statistics of human life, it is the poorest population of the planet. What polarity? A rich country with a poor population and however treasures are exploited by the foreigners in their view. How can you tolerate this scenario? Is not it that it is the invaders Westerners who fabricate the terrorists of any room on the pretext of the slogan of democracy? So, terrorism creates jobs and makes climb coasts in the grants of the countries of Occident.

If globalization opens numerous perspectives, they also report a lot of affliction. The blasting of bloody conflicts in the hot zones of the globe (R.D.Congo, Sudan (Darfur)), which cause from day to day the deterioration of unsurpassed human lives which knows no more borders, all that because of the natural resources which have these countries then, be not especially stunned for those who sell the slogan of democracy by auction under any form of pretexts that; the price to be paid in years to come will be too bitter.

The huge distance which separates the well-off and the poor people are worldwide problems which call a joint venture, founded on common interests and made easier by instantaneity of sincere and frank communications.

The United Nations as imaginary stand.

The United Nations which is considered to be an ideal stand to attack these challenges and play the role of the Master, bow and form an alliance with destructive force of nature. The corporate name of this worldwide Organization has no humility. It should be the hinge of transformed worldwide governance.

Before the end of this century will the United Nations exist?

Our acknowledge all that the world that we live is in full mutation and needs to be governed in another way, and it is an affirmative since the man reinvents in this planetary mutation. A fact:

« Who of us could believe and expect that an African would aim the United States of America? »

There to believe, it is a lesson and not a revenge that the mother of nature teaches to the inhabitants of this planet, that you should be never necessary make fun of similar sound. On this planet, we must acknowledge also that, the blood which runs into our veins does not have other colours than the red. Therefore nobody is superior to other one.

Certainly they display unsurpassed technological progress on several pictures in the various domains which can exist, but park in kindness. The poverty in the world augments in an exponential manner, and becomes still more and more pitiless especially in Africa. The distance of incomes outdistances persistently in countries however potentially rich in natural resources (forests, oil, ores, etc), bloody conflicts seed a dreadful misery, even when they could and should be avoided. The traffickers of weapon make destiny in countries Africans.

The term of globalization outbraves any try of definition. Some people see there only an Americanization in fancy dress. But it what is very contradictory and disturbing in obviousness, is there that the creators and founders of the idea of the system of globalization are taken in serious daily difficulties and in numerous chess of governments.  So only the governance good was the synonym of the good management of a given State, big economic potency in this case the United States of America will never see each other as passengers in the boat of recession.

If a giant as the United States of America falls free in an economic crisis, however leader with the experts of the World Bank, IMF, it proves that basic criteria imposed by the World Bank in relation to developing countries must be called into question and still carefully have to be subjected to strong modifications.

If we look nearly, it is not only reviewed on criteria of the governance good, but in reality, but also it is the general review of the nature of all States which composes this planet. Since, not only States strive to compromise with force of globalization, but even do not manage to undo some of their own especially economic problems.
